If you have kids than you totally understand the need for a stain remover for clothes. Having five kiddos myself, I found that the stain removers sold in retail stores failed me numerous times. So I took to learning how to make homemade stain remover myself. The stain remover I now make cleans better than any I’ve ever purchased !
Homemade Stain Remover Recipe
2 bars of Fels Naptha Soap
2 containers of Awesome granules (I get this at the Dollar Tree for a $1 each)
2 containers of Oxi base detergent (I also get this at the Dollar Tree for $1 each)
1 shredder or food processor
1 plastic container to hold your stain remover
1. First, you want to shred your Fels Naptha soap. I use a handheld shredder, but you can speed up the process by using a food processor. Add the shredded soap to your plastic container.
2. To the plastic container add the Awesome and Oxi.
3. Finally, put the lid on your container and slowly turn it in a circular motion until everything in incorporated.
4. Use 2 tablespoons for dirty clothes, 4 tablespoons for filthy clothes, and 1 tablespoon to your everyday laundry.
That’s it, you’ll be amazed at how well this homemade stain remover works !
